英语面试怎么准备？从自我介绍到问答模板

英语面试是外企、出海岗、留学生求职的标配。它不只考英语，更考你用英语讲清经历和想法的能力。准备得法，口语一般的也能过关。

一、必背三段英文

Self-introduction（1分钟）

"Hi, I'm XX. I have X years of experience in XX. Previously at XX I was responsible for XX, and delivered XX. I'm now looking for a role where I can apply my XX skills."

Why this role

"I'm interested because my background in XX matches the XX responsibility, and I want to grow further in this field."

Strengths / Weakness

"My strength is XX — for example, I once XX. For improvement, I used to XX, but now I XX."

二、❌ 常见失误

• 背长稿，被追问就卡；
• 用太多难词反而说不利索；
• 听不懂就慌，沉默不反应。

三、✅ 听说两个技巧

听不懂：大方确认，别硬答。

"Could you rephrase that?" / "Do you mean XX?"

卡壳：用简单句接，比憋高级句好。

"Let me put it simply — I think the key point is XX."

四、行为问题用 STAR（英文版）

"In my last role (S/T), I noticed XX, so I did XX (A), and the result was XX (R)."

提前把 2–3 个故事写成英文关键词，面试时按词展开，不背全文。

五、一个冲刺法

把自我介绍和 3 个故事录成语音，通勤听、跟读。肌肉记忆比临时翻词稳。

六、避坑提醒

• 流利 > 华丽，别堆生僻词；
• 被追问别怕，确认比瞎答强；
• 准备几个反问："What does success look like in 6 months?"
