英文简历怎么写?外企求职英文简历的格式与常见错误

动作动词(Action Verbs)——英文简历的灵魂

每个 bullet point 必须以强有力的动作动词开头。不要用"Responsible for"(被动、弱),用主动动词:

这些坑千万别踩

  1. 用翻译软件逐句翻译——中文的"本人性格开朗,工作认真负责"翻译成英文后,外企 HR 完全无法理解这是什么意思。英文简历要直接按英文思维写。
  2. 放照片、写年龄、写性别——在欧美外企这是严重的文化错误,直接体现你不了解当地的招聘规范。
  3. 用被动语态——"The project was completed by me"改成"I completed the project"。"Responsible for"全部改成动词开头。
  4. 写"English: CET-4/CET-6"——外企 HR 不知道 CET 是什么。写"English: Fluent (IELTS 7.0 / TOEFL 100 / worked in English-speaking environment for 2 years)"。
